Platform Use Agreement

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," or "Account Holder") and map564 (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://map564.cam. By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of the map564 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any policies incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the map564 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms as they may be amended from time to time in accordance with Section 14 of this Agreement.

map564 operates the platform as an online gaming service for users located in jurisdictions where accessing online casino and gaming content is permitted by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of map564 is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. The platform is primarily designed for Filipino players operating within the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the map564 platform is restricted to eligible individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not currently subject to self-exclusion on map564 or any other gambling platform under a recognized exclusion program;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee or director of map564 or its affiliated game providers.

map564 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any user at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, or driver's license) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance.

3. Account Registration

To access the real-money gaming features of the map564 platform, you must complete the registration process and create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, truthful, current, and complete;
• You will promptly update your account information to maintain its accuracy at all times;
• You are registering your own individual account and not acting for or on behalf of any other person;
• Only one account per individual is permitted. You agree not to open or maintain more than one account on map564 under any circumstances.

3.1 Single Account Policy

The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. map564 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, map564 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any bonuses received across those accounts, and withhold associated balances pending investigation.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information at all times. map564 is not liable for losses resulting from failure to update account details, including changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method information. Accounts found to contain materially false information may be closed and associated balances forfeited.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your map564 account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances;
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Log out of your account after each session when using a shared or public device;
• Notify map564 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

map564 will never contact you by email, phone, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from map564 that requests your full password should be treated as fraudulent. map564 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. map564 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts and/or to close dormant accounts after providing reasonable advance notice to the registered email address.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits to your map564 account may be made using the payment methods available in the cashier section of the platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, QR Ph, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. map564 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed to the originating payment source, and the associated map564 account may be subject to investigation and suspension.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. map564 reserves the right to require identity verification prior to processing any withdrawal request. Processing times for withdrawals are detailed in the cashier section and are subject to applicable anti-money laundering review procedures.

map564 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal payments pending verification of account identity, source of funds, or compliance with bonus wagering requirements. Any balance found to have been obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions may be voided in its entirety.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the map564 platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP) unless otherwise specified for a particular game or promotional offer. Exchange rate risks applicable to international transactions are the responsibility of the account holder.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

map564 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements that must be met before any portion of the bonus balance may be withdrawn;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Bonuses have defined expiry periods. Unused or unwagered bonus balances that have expired will be automatically removed from your account without compensation;
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution or may contribute at a reduced rate;
• map564 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already accepted by a user and in progress will be honored subject to its stated terms;
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related funds.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the map564 platform are subject to the specific rules of each individual game, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules govern for matters directly related to gameplay mechanics and payouts, while these Terms and Conditions govern all matters relating to account management, payments, and conduct.

map564 operates its games using certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all non-live-dealer games, independently audited for fairness by recognized third-party testing agencies. Live dealer games are conducted by professionally trained croupiers operating under monitored studio conditions. The results of all games are final once officially confirmed by the platform's system, except in cases of verified technical malfunction.

7.1 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game session, map564 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. Wins resulting from a verifiable system error — including software bugs, display errors, or incorrect payout calculations — are not valid and will not be honored. map564 will not be liable for any losses suffered by a user as a result of a technical failure beyond its reasonable control.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the map564 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant legal authorities where warranted:

• Registering more than one account for any individual, household, or payment method;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration or verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, or automated system to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or other competitive formats;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or system errors to gain credits, free plays, or artificially inflated winnings;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the platform;
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any proprietary software or content used on the map564 platform.

9. Responsible Gaming

map564 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all users. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the map564 platform, including but not limited to the platform name, logo, design, software, game content, graphics, text, images, and audiovisual materials, is the property of map564 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the map564 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes as a registered account holder. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on platform content;
• Use any platform trademarks or brand elements for any commercial purpose;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.

Any unauthorized use of map564 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

map564 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and is available at map564.cam/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by map564 includes, but is not limited to, identity information, contact details, financial transaction data, gameplay history, and device/session information. This data is used for account management, regulatory compliance (including anti-money laundering obligations), fraud prevention, and improvement of the platform experience. map564 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, map564 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform;
• Losses resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or downtime beyond map564's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the platform for any purpose other than personal gaming entertainment;
• Decisions made by you on the basis of game outcomes, odds displays, or promotional information.

map564's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the platform in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

13. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your map564 account by contacting support, provided that all pending withdrawals have been processed and all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been addressed. map564 reserves the right to terminate any account immediately and without prior notice where:

• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is detected on or through the account;
• Continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to map564;
• map564 ceases to operate the platform or exits the market in which the account holder is registered.

Upon termination for breach, any remaining balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Upon legitimate closure by the account holder, any confirmed real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

14. Amendments to These Terms

map564 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, map564 will provide advance notice via email to your registered address and/or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the map564 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) governing online gaming activities.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a competent court to preserve their rights pending resolution of a dispute.
